tours Half Day Tour (60 Mile Trip)

We were greeted promptly at our pick up time right at the hotel lobby. Enjoyed meeting a few other couples and Kurt being able to change from one language to another is quite impressive! We drove through the streets of Punta Cana, toured through a home and her grocery store, a school, had an amazing lunch, horseback riding, a beautiful beach stop and more! This was a well filled day that Kurt has planned down to a tee! We read in another review that the families hear the buggies and come running out to see if you have anything for them and they did! We bought candy with us and handed it out to the children in the school and right along the road. The kids LOVED it! The smile on their faces were priceless! I would def recommend bringing something if you can! If you are on the fence about this excursion, don’t be! Worth every penny.

Absolutely amazing time with Kurt on a half day buggy tour, we were quite exhausted by the end of it all. We were lucky to have all of Kurt’s attention as we were the only party on the tour that day, the tour of the villages, schools really brought home that the things we complain about are really ‘first world problems’. Although our 5 year old did find it quite tough going in the sun I would recommend this tour with your kids so they get an appreciation of how fortunate and lucky we truly are. Kudos to Kurt and his mechanic for making this a memorable day with a trip to the hand made cigar factory, rum store on top of the visit to a village shop and school. If you want to spend a day having getting a peek of Dominican village life and have fun driving cars then Kurt is your man!
